“I remember meeting Amy on a Saturday at the Parkrun in Dresden, about a year after I started running. AT that time, I was running without a clear plan, trying to improve but unsure of how to do so. Amy recognised my potential and her belief in me inspired confidence. I was truly amazed by her athletic career and success in running. With her guidance, I began training with a structured plan for the first time in my life. I learned the importance of discipline and consistency, and it felt incredibly rewarding. Together, we signed up for the Berlin Marathon. I followed the training plan she provided, and we even tackled some training sessions side by side. We ran together most of the race and I successfully completed my first marathon in 2 hours and 43 minutes.

 

I have since completed three Berlin marathons, achieving personal bests each time. The training plans, tips and shared experiences have not only helped me become a better runner but have also taught me the athletic mindset - how to overcome and learn from failures, prevent and manage injuries, and many other crucial elements necessary for realising my full potential and achieving success in running."
